We have an easy and delicious recipe with bananas and chocolate for your breakfast or simply as a dessert snack. It's easy to go bananas over a banana! 


3 bananas - 300g 70% dark chocolate - 50g peanuts


Peel the bananas and cut each banana into 3cm cylinders. Place the bananas on a tray and put in the freezer for 30 minutes. 

Chop the peanuts very finely and set aside. 

Place the chocolate in a plastic bowl and melt briefly in the microwave. Stop the microwave after every 20 seconds to stir the chocolate to make sure it does not seize. 

Dip the bananas into the melted chocolate then place on the baking tray. Sprinkle the top of the banana with the chopped peanuts. Put them in the freezer until ready to serve. Serve frozen.
